FAQ

  • Who are you and where are you located?

My name is Mike Worley and I am located in Louisville Kentucky USA. You can find out more about me and my photography on my ABOUT page, as well as in my blog post My Journey into Photography.

  • I like your photos. Can I buy a print or download a digital file?

Under the Buy Photos tab, I offer both photo prints and digital downloads of my photos.

In the Photo Prints collection, I have a selection from my travel photos where you may order prints. The collection also includes other photos which people have requested for purchase the past.

If you see a photo in one of my travel collections that is not offered for sale, you can contact me and I'll see if I can make it available as a print.

In the Digital Downloads collection, I offer a selection of many of the same photos as digital downloads. Downloaded photos may be used for social media, news articles or websites. They may not be used to create prints nor may they be given or sold to another party.

Both collections will continue to evolve with additional photos as they are available.

For reasons of privacy and subject permissions, I do not sell my sports photos.

  • Can I make an appointment for you to take my photo?

I do not do commercial photography, such as portraits or weddings. So I do not accept appointments.

My website lists a few portraits I have taken for friends as examples of my work, but I do strictly freelance sports work at this time.

  • Stock photos

In some of my articles, I mention that I list photos with stock agencies. While those aren’t available here, you can search for my name on the prominent agency sites: Getty/iStock, Shutterstock, and Adobe Stock.

I’ve considered also making my stock photos available as downloads on this site but I need to explore that option further.

  • Affiliate links

Getting right to the point, there are no affiliate links on this website.

Occasionally, I provide a link to a particular product that I mention in a blog post, but that link is strictly for the reader’s information.

I receive nothing if you choose to follow the link.
